Unfortunately, many companies think reddit is a valid place for support forums these days. I try to avoid any such companies now.

I basically made a new throw away account everytime I needed to post in some stupid support forum that only existed on reddit.
Unfortunately, many companies think reddit is a valid place for support forums these days. I try to avoid any such companies now.
