I don’t know about “of all time” but “The Coming Plague” by Laurie Garrett should be required reading.
Foodstuffs can be food or something with which to make food.
Flour is a foodstuff, because you can use it to make food.
Corn can be eaten or it can be processed to make other food.
Meats can be eaten directly or made into other things like stew.

When you report a comment or a post it goes to the mods of that community, the Admins of that community, and the admins of the users home instance if it’s different from the community instance.
In this case, it’s hard because their sole remaining unremoved comment isn’t a problem.
