A friend set me up on a blindish date with one of his coworkers. She never showed!

Blindish because I used to hang out at their restaurant all the time so she presumably knew who I was.

Any tips? I’m not sure if mine is set up badly or if I’m just bad at using it. Probably both. It either glides without cutting or it bites hard and gets stuck or takes out a stupid chunk.
