6·3 days agoI think more likely that they had techniques and a way of life that caused this part of the brain to fire. Typically, visionary saints lived lives of extreme deprivation and constant meditative states, which probably led to a very specific kind of brain chemistry.
Esoterica is really one of those channels that seems to gain in quality over the years. This summer’s seminar on Merkabah literature was just bonkers ! If you like religious history the whole channel is a must watch.
