Glass costs more. So reviewers often list plastic as a con. Plus, it can be get scratched. You get ceramic coating on the black and violet variants back panel with glass.

The sandstorm white variant uses fiberglass on its back. But, the frame and camera deco use Micro-arc Oxidation (MAO) which should be durable.

Ngl I’d prefer a scratched plastic back than a shattered glass one. Most glass-backed phones I’ve used are way too slippy as well.
