I had to spend an ENTIRE DAY(!) manually copying over or resetting account passwords when 1Password announced and enforced in their apps that they were becoming subscription only and my passwords couldnt sync between my iPhone and Mac 1Password apps I paid the full app cost for respectively.

Subjectively because I too have changed password managers. It took me more than a day but less than a week, and that means it’s quite easy for me to put a price on.
