Nearly a month after British streamer Sam Pepper apologised after injuring a girl on Diwali during a firework stunt in Delhi, fresh allegations about the severity of the child’s injuries have sparked outrage online.

It all comes after the October 20 incident, when Pepper appeared to hit the teenage girl with a Roman-candle-style firework while livestreaming Diwali celebrations in New Delhi.

During the stream, he pointed a firework at a bystander, shouted “Headshot!” and the projectile seemed to strike the girl moments later.
He said he contacted the family, apologised, and sent a friend to the hospital with cash to cover expenses. “I feel extremely bad about this situation and will in no way be playing with fireworks again,” he added.
Pepper also stated that the girl’s “vision is fine,” but admitted he could not provide proof of payment because he did not personally handle it. He also said the family did not speak English, so he kept the apology brief: "I was too embarrassed to bother them more than that.”
Little did “Just a cut” Sam Pepper know, was that it looked more than just a “cut above their brow”, as if that pretense makes it any better to shoot a firework towards a group of kids in a foreign country (I will repeat the CW here, post below contains images of the girl with what looks like permanent eye injuries and medical reports):
