What is the rudest thing you can think of to call somebody in a Spanish-type language. Actual geo origin of persons unknown. all genders relevant.

Wouldn’t misgendering them add some spice?

Calling a man a daughter of a bitch would be more offensive than calling him a son of a bitch, right?

Not really, especially if you’re a foreigner it sounds more like you’re mixing your genders than doing it on purpose.

There are better ways to insult masculinity/femininity that clearly state your purpose.

Honestly, not really. They might think you’re just confused. Misgendering in that way doesn’t come across as offensive in Spanish as it does in English. There are way more effective ways to insult someone, even if you’re still aiming to demasculate them.
